We are looking for Illinois state licensed clinicians (e.g., LSW, LCSW, LCP, LCPC, etc.) with 2+ years of meaningful training and experience in one or more of the following science-driven therapies – DBT, ERP, EMDR, PCIT, and/or SPACE. Feel like this is the career path for you, but a little nervous that you don’t have enough training? We provide extensive, high-quality, evidence-based training to all staff at the onset of employment, as well as throughout their time with us.
We are specifically seeking one Young Child & Parent Therapist who specializes in working with youth 5 – 12 years old and their parents. This person must have strong skills with parents and training in PCIT, PMT, SPACE, ERP, and/or DBT. This position is a full-time hybrid.
We are also specifically seeking one Individual Therapist for children, teens, and parents that specializes in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD and has a background in ACT and/or DBT. You would see a range of youth with OCD, severe anxiety, and emotional dysregulation. We see a large number of LGBTQ+ youth and are seeking someone with experience and training with this population. This is a full-time hybrid position.

-
DBT for children or adolescents
-
