Lost Larson seeks energetic, friendly, and highly motivated person to join our front of house team part time (20 hours/week). Our ideal candidate is passionate about high quality service and is a team player who takes initiative. Barista experience is a plus!

General expectations
- Provide a warm environment by greeting and engaging with guests in-person and over the phone
- Prepare and fulfill orders in a timely manner, communicating with back of house as needed
- Assist guests wherever needed and exceed service expectations
- Adhere to all sanitation and cleanliness standards
- Work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Clearly communicate with all team members and supervisors
Qualifications
- High volume experience
- Customer service expertise
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently and quickly
- Barista experience preferred, not required
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
