Job Description :
This is a long term temporary, fully onsite role located in Downtown Chicago, IL. 
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Pay Rate: $21.00-$23.00 per hour DOE
Our client, a global consulting company, is looking for a Receptionist to join their team to provide coverage during a parental leave!
Receptionist Responsibilities:
    • Scan through emails to reply and tend to tasks and projects as assigned.
    • Open faxes to forward to all appropriate recipients per account.
    • Listen to voice message and forward to all appropriate recipients per account.
    • Open all mail and packages to be organized, filed, scanned, delivered, and/or shipped accordingly.
    • Distribute mail and packages accordingly throughout the office.
    • Place orders for supplies and hardware as necessary.
    • Handle all incoming calls and greet guests.
Required Qualifications :
Receptionist Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
    • 1-4 years of experience in reception, admin, or office coordinator roles.
    • Superb attention to detail.
    • Computer literacy required.
