Security Lead

Slippery Slope is looking for a Security Lead to lead our team. We look forward to meeting you!

Description:
-A warm, inviting and hospitable attitude is essential.
-Nights and weekend availability required (Thursday-Saturday, 7:00PM-3:00AM)
-Experience hiring, leading and training of door staff, preferably in a bar or club environment.
-At least 2 years working in a security, host or bar.
-Comfortable working all security positions which includes multiple floors, outdoors and indoors .
-Checking IDs, Bags, Metal Detecting and interacting with diverse clientele in a high volume environment.
-Ability to de-escalate high tension scenarios using words.
-Escorting guests out of the property in a safe, calm and efficient manner.
-Working in a dark, loud environment.
-Ensuring the door team upholds company policies and procedures for a safe environment.
-Must be 21 or older.
-Reliable availability and transportation required.

$25-$30/hr, this is a non-tipped position.
