• Our therapists are diverse in race, ethnicity, economic class, gender identity /expression, immigration status, (dis)ability, and religion. We need therapists of diverse backgrounds, beliefs, and specialties to better serve the unique experiences of our clients.
• Fig Tree promotes the foundation of diversity, equity, and inclusion in every aspect of our culture and practice.

• While therapy doesn’t have to be long-term, Fig Tree is committed to be a safe place where clients can heal by providing consistently excellent quality of care.
• Fig Tree hires and values administrative and billing staff who are the know-hows in the mental health field.
• We invest in our team members by providing fair compensation, clinical supervision, health insurance, billing and scheduling support, and other supports.
