Hire Trans Now, the flagship mental health justice campaign of Chicago Therapy Collective, combats employment discrimination and provides free resources to small-businesses in Chicago so that our city’s neighborhoods can be a safe haven for trans and non-binary communities. The program effectively reduces employers’ implicit and/or explicit anti-trans biases through relationship building, educational support, and achievable accountability measures. These efforts build welcoming and equitable businesses and neighborhoods for trans and non-binary job seekers, employees, and customers.
