Black and Latina Trans Women in the Workplace – Toolkit Dissemination Event
Join the Trans Accountability Project for the dissemination of the TAP Job Readiness Employment Program Toolkit. For 4 cohorts, the TAP Employment Program provided Black and Latina Women of Trans Experience with important job readiness and mental health skills in order to help empower them to achieve their employment goals.
The TAP Job Readiness Employment Program Toolkit details the creation & implementation of the program and offers insight for any organization aiming to replicate the program.
The event will be held on Zoom on December 3, 2024 from 1PM-2PM
