Self-assess your readiness

Take our #HireTransNOW Readiness Survey to self-assess your organization’s readiness to interview (and ultimately hire) trans-identified job candidates (estimated 10 minutes). We will provide your organization with a “score” and offer you customized recommendations based on the answers you provide. For this reason, we ask you to be as honest as possible so our response is as accurate and helpful to you as possible. All survey submissions are confidential.
