Why do you want to submit your artwork to the Trans Art Is opening showcase?
I saw a call for artists and am interested in submitting work to exhibit at the Andersonville Galleria. The selection of attached photographs are all images of the Asian American drag community here in Chicago.
Artist Bio
Ona Wang is a writer, artist, educator, and restorative justice practitioner. A Chicago native, they are engaged in community work with Surviving the Mic and For the People Artist Collective. Ona is committed to addressing complex and community trauma through restorative justice and creative arts.

Ona‘s work explores the intersection between social identities, building solidarity between movements, and personal narratives.
