KJ Whitehead

KJ Whitehead (they/them) is a Chicago native queer comedian, writer and improviser. They graduated Columbia College Chicago (BA in Comedy Writing and Performance), Comedy Studies and the Second City Conservatory. KJ Whitehead’s work includes a blend of embarrassing stories about themself, radical poliical sance and unapologeic blackness make up their brand! You can find KJ performing across the Chicagoland area: Second City, iO Comedy Network, Playground Theater, Annoyance Theater, Zanies (Rosemont) and other strange places!

They’ve also been seen at Manifest (2013 & 2015), Yippiefest (2017), Chicago Fringe Festival (2017), Lady Laughs Comedy Festival (2017 & 2018) and recently, Charm City Comedy Festival (2018).
