Nice to Have:
-Previous merchandising and/or customer service experience.
-Previous cash handling experience.

Details:
-3-4 shifts a week (depending on business needs and your availability)
-Responsible for opening or closing store, unboxing and putting out merchandise,
customer service, maintaining a neat and tidy store, take pics/video in-store for Socials,
and other daily tasks.
-Starting minimum wage $17/hr.
-401k plan with company match for qualifying folks (After 3 Months, and average
30hrs/week)
-Employer sponsored health insurance for qualifying folks (1 month & 1 day, works 20
hours/week or more).
-PTO and Sick time.
-Folks will rotate locations as fits the needs of the business and availability.

Who We Are:
-We are an independent Female Queer gift shop with 2 locations (Andersonville &
Lincoln Square) and our online and warehouse operations also located in Lincoln
Square.
-Gift giving holidays and neighborhood fests are our busiest times and you will be
expected to work during those seasons.
-We believe that the BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities should be centered as we
continue to work towards building a more equitable community, and business, and
strongly encourage applicants from these identities. We acknowledge that we must do
better to staff our gift shops with folks that represent the diverse communities we serve.
