General Manager – Andersonville

Lost Larson is seeking a general manager to oversee our front of house operations

Requirements include:

• At least 3 years of management experience
• An enthusiasm for hospitality and guest satisfaction
• A positive attitude towards fellow employees, strong leadership skills and attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team environment
• Candidates should be highly organized and efficient
• Serve safe Manager Certified
• Flexible schedule (must be able to work weekends and holidays)
• Team player with enthusiastic outlook and creative mind
• Strong decision making abilities
• Ability to work independently and with all levels of leadership in a fast paced environment
• Business development or entrepreneurial experience a plus

Duties/Responsibilities include:

• Oversee and lead the entire front of house
• Directly lead and manage all Front-of-House service staff; provide oversight for all Café staff including kitchen
• Conduct hiring interviews, mentor, train, and conduct in-the-moment coaching to develop teams and deliver sales
• Enforce standards, policies, paperwork and procedures
• Monitor and maintain projections and budgets
• Oversee all front of house management
• Oversees organization, efficiency and policies pertaining to operations
• Manage all scheduling, POS functionality, and backend systems
• Maintaining prime appearance and condition of the store
